@EA_Mako I received the pop up for cross-progression a few days ago and followed the prompts but have received nothing from my main account on the xbox, I recently moved to ps5 and its progression is much lower. My accounts are linked but have nothing from my higher lvl account, not sure if this is a bug but I did sink a lot of hours into the game and would hate to lose all of that.
not really sure how to solve this

To clarify, which prompts did you follow? Did you unlink any accounts or platforms to get things linked to your main EA account?
As you mentioned recently moving to PS5, just checking to see whether that involved any accounts being unlinked from separate EA accounts to get to the point where they're together here.

I think it just set my lowest account as my master? (My ps5 lvl is 30 and Xbox around 400)
I couldn’t select anything other then continue after the original cross-regression pop up, no accounts were unlinked and I checked to make sure everything was linked a day after I got the notice for cross-regression.
But yeah, just to clarify my psn and Xbox accounts are linked on origin.

Yeah this happened to me too and I have no idea how to fix it.
@EA_MakoI am getting the same issue where after I can't q into anything. My lobby shows 0/0 and no friends can join me and vice versa. My name and level aren't shown above my head. I'm not using a vpn
has your profile started working correctly yet ? Mine is doing the same thing
When I`m confirmed the cross progression my Master account was choosen a PS 5 account. I cant join the lobby over a week (detected data mismatch error after I confirmed my cross progression), but i can check the information of my account (PC and PS5) at apex stats web resources. So, screen one, my current account level at PS5 464, BUT my level on PS 5 WAS 992 (second screen), so WHY now my PS 5 account got stats of my PC account when everithing shoud be conversely?? Also another stats: kills, damage, headshots, etc just shuffled from PC and PS5 accounts.
I think It`s a reason why me and another players have this issue - detected data mismatch, our progress merged wrong at all.
And no, I`m didn`t link/unlink my account at the last week or month/year.
