From what I've been told, your accounts should be reverted to the pre-Cross Progression state to correct an issue. You should be able to log into separate accounts normally for the time being, but please keep an eye out for the Cross Progression notification to appear again and let us know if it's still causing issues this next time through, thanks!
We have just recently pushed a fix for the issue preventing some from getting into ranked on certain platforms. Were you able to give this another try since your post?

Yeah I was able to get in yesterday night for a game or two it seems to be working with the cross progression still active.

Hi I got the cross progression yesterday crossing from ps5 and pc to Xbox and it only crossed my pc count the main one I wanted was my ps5 account as it is the one with all my heirlooms and cosmetics is there going to be a fix for this in the future tia
Had a similar issue. Got the prompt but never gave me the option to merge accounts. Had a steam and xbox account and it just made my steam account the primary and wiped out all the progress/heirlooms/skins i had on my xbox. same thing happen to me
