Hi, I have an issue with cross progression. I was playing on Playstation almost 1600 hours reaching high lvl of account and I was playing on PC a little reaching lvl 15 account. Merge happened and now I have only lvl 15 account and my console is treated like I never played Apex on it. It still shows how many hours I played and all the trophies i got (even the one for winning with 8 different legends while having 6 unlocked ;D). Is it possible that EA account and PS account were linked too late? My main platform was Play Station and it is the one missing with A LOT of stuff (credits, coins, skins, legends, everything), playing Apex from Season 1 ☹️. I would appreciate help in that matter.

It looks like your PSN account was linked to this EA Account shortly after our Cross Progression announcement last year.
Since you mentioned playing since Season 1, it seems that must have been linked to a different EA Account before this one.
Whenever you unlink a platform from your EA Account you will lose access to the progress that was earned there. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This would be what the warning mentions when going through the unlink process.
The only way to try regaining access to that content would be to re-link your PSN to its original EA Account. We have some additional information about this particular situation in our blog and guides below, but if you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach back out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.- 1 year ago
Unfortunately it doesn't work. I checked the only other EA account that was possible to be connected to the PSN before and there is no progress at all, it's fresh lvl 1 account (Checked on PC). I even asked bot on support page, while being logged in to the other "original" account, what was name of my PSN account that was connected brfore and it stated the same name that is now lvl 15 on different EA account. So from having account that was on prestige progress already on PSN I ended up with lvl 15 and lvl 1 account. Is there any other possibility to get help on that matter? Is it possible to check previous progression of the account to restore it or 1600 hours account is gone forever? I would really appreciate help as bot on the support page isn't really finding right solution.

Hi @GodOfMisanthropy,
We wouldn't be able to restore anything that doesn't already appear when re-linking the accounts unfortunately.
Did you re-link your PSN to that original EA Account or just log in with a different platform to check?
That may help to check, but otherwise if that link was already broken and re-linking didn't restore the content, I'm afraid that would be lost.
