Hi I just linked my main xbox account (gamertag L0hengrin) to my ea account with my steam account and I lost ALL my progression on my main Xbox acct! Please help I had multiple hairlooms many of completed events and I love playing this game! Please help me recover my original account. I am currently unable to unlink anything from my ea account.

Hey @LikeJanus,

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. This would be why your Xbox progress has been lost.

The only way to try restoring this would be to re-link your Xbox to its prior EA account. There is not a way to transfer progress between separate EA accounts. If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
