Issues with an unauthorized email connected to my EA account

So I recently downloaded apex again due to all the hype ive been seeing on it, and right as soon as I attempt to log in with my steam... Im locked out and an email that I dont even recognize is connected to my steam account. And I cant log in into the account since the only way to access the **bleep** account is to have access to the email that linked to it. I cant unlink it from my steam as it brings me back to the screen of having to send a code to the email thats on my steam account, have you guys dealt with something like this? Half of the EA help lines are useless for this as they are pretty one sided when it comes to recovering an account.
