Unfortunately, account-related issues like this can’t really be handled through the community. If you believe the account may have been compromised, please secure it as soon as possible by changing your email password, changing your EA Account password, and enabling any additional security measures you can.
After that, the best next step would still be to continue through the support team so they can review the account side more closely. You can start here:
