Latency after 7:30PM
Hello:
I have become fed up with this issue. My PS4 gets 350-400+ Mbps download speed. I am connected via ethernet, I have 1 Gbps high speed internet. I should have no latency as bad as what I experience. Like CLOCKWORK it begins @ 7:30PM. I am very frustrated because I have asked all players I know and randoms, and none of them ever say back that they experience anything remotely similar to what I experience. Every night @ 7:30PM I begin getting higher-than-normal ping plus latency. I usually have 0% PL throughout the day in most south US servers. I do not even bother to switch from default; it is never an issue. Is there any way I can fix this problem? Can someone point me even in the right direction where I might be able to find out what the hell is going on?
I have begun to think that EA is just throttling me. It occurs too regularly. I am about to sell my PS4. I only bought it for this game.

EA isn't throttling you, believe me. What you can do is download uotrace and point it to the EA servers for a traceroute. you can find out how to do that with this thread. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/How-do-I-run-Traceroute-on-Apex-servers/td-p/8469934
The most likely thing is that this is an ISP issue which you might need to call the ISP to resolve. It depends on what result you get from the traceroute.
