Locked legends that I’ve already unlocked

I got on and i had ash selected before and i went to buy the project 19 skin for her and now ash is locked and when i open the unlock menu it shows i can only gift and close it. I have stats and screenshots of me playing ash before this and i dont know why i cant play her now.
