Logged in on another device

I was playing in a match and when the match ended it kicked me out of the game and said I had been disconnected. When I tried to log back in it says that my account is already logged in on another device. I don’t have any other devices I play on. I’ve already reset my password, email, unlinked all accounts and relinked them and even uninstalled the game. What do I do
