hello ea i would like to report a problem i tried creating a new account on my ps 5 and im stuck on the white screen that you have to put the verification code that has been send to your email can you help me or give me some tips how to fix it

So just to check, you've made a new EA account and linked your PlayStation to it, but you;re being asked for a verification code that you're not getting? Can you check your spam or trash folders in care it got routed there?
