Are you getting any kind of error message when this happens? Is this taking you all the way back to the main login screen showing your data center, or back to the lobby? Does it take you out of the group as well or keep you in the party but just not in-game with them?
I'd definitely take a look through these options if you haven't already to see if there's an improvement, particularly updating your DNS.
It kicks me out the team and everything it just happened again they can play the game but I get left out and it says lost connection if u need help contact ea.com-to-connect or something like that

Gotcha, I'd definitely check through those previous steps to see which of those may help out in this situation. Power cycling your router would be quick to try, but if this has been consistently happening I'd try those steps to change your DNS as well.This isn't necessarily something in your home network connection, but changing the route you're taking to reach the servers may help out.
