Lost Account Data
I haven't played Apex for several years. When I logged in today, I found my level reset to 1, and all my skins and heroes are gone. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you so much.

Hey chesterss,
I see that you tagged this as PC; do you play on Steam or the EA app? And if it's on Steam, then I don't suppose that you might have unlinked your Steam account from its original EA account and linked it to this one during the years you didn't play?
