Hello all. I lost all my account progress after getting my ban appealed a while back. Someone had hacked my steam account and used cheats. After signing back into the account. Everything was gone. I have proof of purchase for all these things. I have tried contacting live support but they say they can't do anything to fix the issue. Honestly, just a pointer in the right direction would be good progress for me!
Saxor_Hax0r Your Apex progress is stored on the EA Account level, so was your Steam Account recently removed from the connected EA Account?
Furthermore, if the ban occurred before, (or during), the rollout period for Cross Progression, (which was between October of 2023 and April of 2024), then any Apex progress from the banned account was excluded from the Cross Progression merge.
Yes, I unlinked it and linked it back
Talked to support and I think i just bricked my account completely.
Saxor_Hax0r If relinking back to the original EA Account does not restore access to the Apex progress, then the Apex progress may be lost, (which sadly cannot be recovered if it is lost).
So just to make sure, are you are linking back to the correct EA Account?
