Lost all of my progress HELP
Wondering if there is any fix or any compensation I can get. I have waited since the day cross progression came out to get my stuff back. I mistakenly unlinked my xbox account and linked it with my other account thinking I could move my progress over. This was not the case. I was shown videos and told by multiple agents that relinking my account back to the original would fix it but it never did, and 9 months later I am still waiting for it. I have spent hundreds of hours and money on this game and everything is just gone which makes it really hard to play. Honestly if I just had my revenant heirloom, not even that, if I just had my legends, even with this bare level 3 account that the whole situation left me with I would probably be fine. But I have struggled with EA support to get any form of compensation. Again I know it is my fault for losing my progress, but could the system really be so harsh to remove ALL of my progress all of the stuff I bought and worked hours for just because of one mistake that only took a few button clicks. Please if anyone out there can help me I would very much appreciate it.

I'm sorry to hear re-linking your accounts didn't restore that missing progress. Any time a platform is unlinked from the EA Account where that progress was originally earned, it can be permanently lost as mentioned in the warning that appears before unlinking an account or over on this page.
I'm afraid we don't have any way to manually restore content that was lost due to an unlink. While re-linking the account can restore access to the content in some cases, if it was permanently lost there wouldn't be any other option to restore or compensate this unfortunately.
