Lost All Progress

I am well aware it's stored at the account level. I have also checked every email I've ever had. When Apex launched in 2019 I know had to make a new one specifically for it because I was having trouble using my normal EA account, due to that my email for this account is literally emailjust4apex. My progress is nowhere to be found. If you have the ability to look at what account have been previously linked, feel free to do so and follow up privately if you need any specific info but I have looked into 6 different accounts already and 0 show any progress on Apex on the EA app. The agent i spoke with just told me to look for it on my other accounts and was not helpful in the slightest and I've spent hours on this issue as is.
