Lost Apex Coins

Hello, just recently put 40 dollars into my game and cant seen to find it after restarting my game and launcher twice each and it never loaded. Moneys gone, receipt in my email, No Product. any help would be greatly appreciated being that this item is not refundable.  Thank you!
