Everything is still pointing to you linking your Steam to another EA account. Just to make sure that that didn't happen, you mentioned that you haven't played since October 2025. It might be worth reaching out to our live support team so they can take a look at this for you. They can see when your Steam was linked to this EA account, and if it's after then we'll know that this is what happened.

In that case, I don't suppose you have multiple Steam accounts? Are you sure that you're using the correct one to play Apex?

Did you unlink or relink your Steam platform to another EA account since then? Apex progress is stored on the EA account level, so linking your Steam to a different one wouldn't carry over the progress you would have made.

Just to check, what platform do you usually play on? Is it the EA app, or Steam?
Also just to check, when did you last play before you lost your progress?
