kishiurma Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, which means that in order to cross progress your Apex progress and data from your PlayStation Account to your PC Account, you would need to be using the same EA Account.
This also means that if your PlayStation Account was connected to a different EA Account, your current EA Account won't have access to your Apex progress and data since that is tied to the other EA Account.
