Lost Items Due to Account Ban Which Was Overturned After Cross-Progression

If an account was banned back in 2023 when Cross Progression was initially rolling out, it's certainly possible it wouldn't have been included in that process. With that said however, we unfortunately wouldn't have any way to verify specific content that was on an account years ago, at this point.

Cross Progression is active on all EA accounts at this point and there's not a way to "re-run" the process. If you're on the same EA account that was used at the time and have re-linked any platforms that were connected when you first unlocked that content, but are still missing progress, unfortunately that would be lost.
