Sorry to hear that. If you’ve come back and some of your old content is missing, the first things worth checking are whether you’re signed into the correct EA Account and whether your platform accounts are still linked the way they were before. Apex progress and content sit at the EA Account level, so account-linking changes can make it look like items or Legends are gone.
If it still doesn’t look right after checking that, I’d recommend contacting support through the webform so they can review the account-linking side more closely. These pages may also help:
