Lost my account

I am trying to play Apex Legends on my PS5 but I am unable to connect my old Xbox account. I played OG Apex and I am wondering how to reconnect my account. I had a lot of stuff and I am very sad at this loss. What can I do?

Typically if you seem to have had your progress go missing entirely, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform(s) can be re-linked.
