Lost my heirlooms+game keeps crashing

I want my heirlooms back! Today I woke up got on Apex just to realize my octane heriloom was gone?! Not only that but my wraith heirloom is gone now too. I spent a lot of money and time getting these...

As to the xbox crashing, I had a similar problem on my xbox 1S. Tried everything. The thing that worked for me was to put downloaded games onto a usb 3 greater than 128 gb and formatted to ntfs. And external ssd may work too.
