Please help I have lost almost all my skins what's going on

Hey GamebusterXP,

Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform at some point in the past.

Unlinking can have the following side effects:

What are the risks?

When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your game progress won’t transfer over. That means you’ll permanently lose access to:

game progress

DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game

memberships and subscriptions

previous drops and other rewards

in-game purchases.

Unlinking risks for Apex Legends players

If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.

This can often be corrected by re-linking the original accounts, however if you've already done this and progress is still missing, I'm afraid that would be permanent. We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support if you're having any trouble getting the original accounts relinked.
