Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
If you played Apex before the date you mentioned and recovered the account from a ban, it's very likely your Steam or other platform has been linked back to the wrong EA account. You would need to try checking any other emails you may have used for an EA account in the past and reach out to support to help get the original accounts linked.
