Micro and macro stuttering screwing with gameplay

So just this morning I hope on apex and realized after about 2 games I'll have a micro stutter every 5 or so seconds that last about 0.5ms and its really bothering me its getting so annoying and I do...

Essentially having the same thing for the past 24 hours. Slightly different but very similar. My stutter last 5 seconds however. Freezes for 5 seconds, playable for 5 seconds, freezes for 5 seconds, unable to play or communicate on discord for 5 seconds... on repeat until I close the Apex Legends application running out of Steam.
