Mid Season 9 Packet Loss PS5

This is my last efforts before I uninstall this game for good. Ever since season 9 start I never had packetloss at all until mid season. I was told to follow the connection troubleshooting guide which I did (no luck). Was told to call my ISP for routing to bad servers. They did what they did and told me it looks 'fine' on their end but, each representative sounded like they had NO idea what the hell I was talking about in terms of packetloss and kept refreshing my modem. Anything this is my most CURRENT UOTrace results. Every datacenter as well has PL.

    Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. So far, it looks like the issue is on your ISPs end since the problems are occurring before you reach our test server. You could try contacting an advisor to see if they have any other suggestions.     You're showing packet loss in both tests before you hit our test server. That's something your ISP is going to need to take care of. You could try opening the ports for Apex though. That might help. They are listed here

  • Ye I had my port open for apex and playstation. Did nothing so I removed them n same issue.

    If you can, try showing them those test results and point out the packet loss. That should help them figure out what's going on.
