Missing 100 Apex Packs Due to Server Error - Steam-PC

I'm a live streamer. During my live broadcast, I opened 220 Apex Packs earned from Battle Pass and seasonal quests over multiple seasons, with no real money or coins spent.

When I tried to open 50 packs in bulk twice, the game immediately showed "Server error, please try again later". The system deducted all 100 packs but I received zero items. The remaining 120 packs opened 6 at a time worked normally.

I have some good news about this issue:

This is purely a visual bug. The error removed the usual confirmation screen and the red dot indicating a new unlock, but the items do get added to your account, so there's no actual loss of content. The devs are aware and are working on a fix, but in the meantime as you've discovered the best way to go about this is to open packs in smaller numbers.
