Missing All Cosmetics and Account Level Reset

I'm missing all of my cosmetics and my account level is not what it was. I haven't played the game in about 5 years and have attempted to contact support however they're not helpful. I am no longer able to contact support and just get a message saying that support does not handle this issue regardless of what issues I select. I have proof of purchase on steam and transaction IDs is there anything I can do?

    I've had this happen to me before because my account was hacked. You can try contacting customer service; you should be able to recover your account using the email you signed up with. That's how I got mine back.

    Hey Darlin2ton​,

    As game progress is stored at the EA account level, the changes you're noticing now likely indicate that you've signed in on a different EA account from the one you used to play on. You'll need to locate that previous account to regain access to your past progress and purchases. Once you find the email or EA ID associated with it, live support will be able to help you get back in. 

    If you've made any purchases of cosmetics or similar items in the past, please review your email address(es) for receipts to identify the account associated email address. If you've received any emails from EA in the past about account changes, those usually include your EA ID at the top and can be used for account identification too. 

    Regarding contacting support, if you've been reaching out very frequently, you may need to wait a bit before trying again. If you're still having difficulty connecting with live support after some time, let us know. Thanks!
