Missing almost all my Cosmetics

Hi, about 2 years ago I lost all my cosmetics but I got all my apex packs from leveling, all the apex coins i had ever bought and legend tokens. So i think my account had a "soft reset" or something along those lines.

Ive send countless emails to EA support and havent gotten an response, today I chatted with a advisor and suggested I come here so here I am.

I think it was season 11, after the update i had this "Soft reset". 

I didnt link any accounts or do cross-progression.

    Hello.
    Unfortunately, the issue of missing cosmetics cannot be resolved on the game forum.
    >Your coins and Apex packs were returned and this is already an excellent result.
    I would advise you to try and open another Case with the EA Game Advisors as they are your best bet in getting anything recovered.

    Note: If the EA Game Advisors can't assist you, then there is nothing else that can be done about your issue.
