Hey, I recently did the cross progression for Apex Legends and everything went smoothly, except for one problem—I'm missing my Bloodhound heirloom from my PC account. I got the prestige skin, but the heirloom is nowhere to be found.
I've double-checked the account was linked and synced. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Just looking back over both the PC and Xbox accounts prior to the merge, I'm not actually seeing any Bloodhound heirloom aside from the Mythic skin you mentioned.
It looks like this particular PC account had Wraith's first heirloom as well as the Bloodhound mythic skin, though not the Bloodhound heirloom.
Was there another account that may have had that one instead? I do see quite a few heirlooms on Xbox as well which all seem to have merged correctly, but I'm not seeing any signs that the Bloodhound heirloom was present here prior to the merge.
No, this pc account was the one with the bloodhound skin and heirloom. I went looking but I don’t seem to have saved the picture of having both of them, so I can’t prove that I had them. But I specifically went out of my way to make the matching pair when having the option before going back to console after a while. I also had the wraith heirloom but also had a duplicate on the console account, and I knew that I wasn’t going to get refunded those shards unfortunately. Which I still feel is a bad decision for how long people have been promised and waiting for cross-progression. Seems the least we could get is all our heirloom shards that we had spent a lot of time and money on to get.
