Missing Content

Hello, recently I redownloaded Apex on steam to play with friends, but all of the skins, legends, currency, and I mean everything is gone. I used to play on Xbox and now I lost $127 worth of items. I have already reached out to EA but was left with an AI chat bot, and a customer service person who said they would contact me but never did and closed my case. I had all but 5 of the newest legends unlocked. and all of the currency listed below. I know getting all of my items back my be hard but I would at least like my currency back so I can roll for all of it again. my Xbox user name is CaptainBifel708 and my steam name is CaptainBifel. EA please contact my at so cause this problem has every much ruined my more recent time playing Apex Legends.
