I haven’t played Apex for a couple months. I wanted to get on with a cousin so we can play , and I noticed that my entire account has been reset as if I’ve never played the game before. I was notified that a lot of people are having this issue with Apex at the moment so I am being patient however I’ve logged over 160 hours on the game with this account and losing everything is very frustrating. I hope this all gets fixed soon so I can continue to play Apex.

Thanks for your patience, and frustration is completely understandable when progress and content go missing.
Have you unlinked your PSN account from a different EA account in the past? And are you on the same EA account you used before?
When players sign in after some time away, it's not uncommon for them to sign in to the wrong EA account. And since game progress is stored at the EA account level, not on your device, the biggest indicator of being on the wrong account is that progress has either been reset or is noticeably lower than before. To confirm this, please take a look at your connected accounts and order history pages to see if your past purchases are there along with your gamertag(s).
If your PSN account was linked to a different EA account that you played on and then re-linked, that could also explain the missing progress. In that case, your 160 hours would still be stored in the EA account that was left behind, and you would need to locate that account and re-link the PSN account to it to regain access to the progress.
