DamnJustChill Your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account level, (which cannot be transferred, (or merged), to another EA Account).
What this means for you, is that since you are playing on a new EA Account with your previous Nintendo Account, you won't have access to your Apex progress and data as that is stored on your old EA Account.
What you would need to do is to recover your old EA Account and then relink your Nintendo Account to it, (however this may not restore some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data).
