missing items after account merge

Hello, I am having an issue with my Apex Legends account after linking my PlayStation account and Steam account through the same EA account. Before linking, my PlayStation account had a lot of progress including: Multiple unlocked legends (for example Octane) Heirlooms Cosmetics/skins Badges Ranked season progress and rewards After linking my accounts, only some of my PlayStation items appeared. A large amount of my cosmetics, badges, legends, and ranked history are missing. I have confirmed that: I am using the correct EA account. My PlayStation Network account is the correct one. My Steam account is linked to that same EA account. The missing items were originally earned on PlayStation. I am also seeing strange differences between platforms: On PlayStation my account shows Gold 3. On Steam/PC my account shows Silver 2, even though I have not played enough for these ranks to be different. This makes me think my account progression may not have merged/synced correctly. Is there a way for EA to check my account history and restore the missing progression/items? I have screenshots and can provide account details privately if needed. Thank you.

    Hi SheluvsKano,

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that, especially after already checking the linked accounts and ruling out the usual basics on your side.

If some PlayStation content appeared but a lot of your Legends, cosmetics, badges, and ranked history are still missing after linking, I can understand why that would make this feel more like an account sync/cross progression issue than a simple local problem.

Apex cross progression is tied to your EA Account, and EA’s current help articles for cross progression, lost progress, and missing Apex content are probably the most relevant guides here:

Since you’re already sure you’re on the correct EA Account and the missing items were originally earned on PlayStation, the best next step would be to continue through our support team and have them look more closely at the account history and missing content side.

Sorry again you’re dealing with this, and I hope you’re able to get it sorted out.
