Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been lost. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account. The link above goes into more detail, but the most relevant part has been included below.
What are the risks?
When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your game progress won’t transfer over. That means you’ll permanently lose access to:
- game progress
- DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
- memberships and subscriptions
- previous drops and other rewards
- in-game purchases.
If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you can still access the account.
If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.
If any unlinking was involved in this situation, I'd definitely try re-linking the original accounts. Notably it's not possible to transfer progress or content between accounts, so be sure only the original accounts are re-linked. If progress was lost due to an unlink and re-linking does not restore it, unfortunately that would have been permanently lost.
It looks like you're likely in the correct EA account given the screenshot you attached, but if there were any account unlinked that need to be recovered, please contact support directly so they can check into that with you.

The reason for an unlink doesn't impact whether or not it may affect the account progress, unfortunately.
Going back through what I can see, it does look like the Steam account was unlinked a few separate, distinct times in addition to unlinking other platforms, which is likely what caused this situation at some point.
If you've tried re-linking without any success and support has otherwise verified this is the correct account, I'm afraid that content would be lost.
