I'm sorry to say, but generally speaking content lost during cross-progression cannot be recovered. This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we aren't able to escalate account-related requests here on the forums. Live support is the best resource when it comes to this, and if they were unable to locate your content, then it's unfortunately our of our hands.
