Missing Season 4 level 100 Battle pass reward

As you can see from the first screenshot, I have reached level 101 in the Season 4 Battle pass, but for some reason I have not received the legendary Flatline skin that is supposed to be awarded when you reach level 100 of the Battle pass.

The other issue, which is also annoying to see, is the red circle next to the weapon category and weapon name which means that there is a new skin available, but there is no skin, and therefore there is no way to remove the red circle.

    Hey @sNb_FPS

    Are you still not seeing the reward from the Battlepass? We were seeing a lot of issues that were affecting in-game items and currency yesterday, but that should be fixed now. 

    I'm wondering if this may have been happening because of that issue. If you're still not seeing the reward let me know.

  • Hello, @EA_Kent, I have checked it just now, and the skin is still missing, with the red circle next to the weapon in the menu. So, right now it looks the same as you can see on the second screenshot in the original post.

    Thanks for double-checking. 

    When you have the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look to see what may have happened with the reward. 

    For more information on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well, if that works better for you.

  • @EA_Kent I contacted them right before I made the post here, and I was told that there is "no way to add the content once the season has ended", because customer support "won't be able to check and validate the Season 4 details and add the same", despite it being just a few hours after the season end. I still believe that I have the skin (thus the red circle), and there is some kind of a bug that is preventing me from seeing or selecting it, but if that is true, as far as I understand, customer support will not be able to help me with that. That is why I came here, hoping that maybe it will be passed on to the developers who can look into it.

    It has been 9 months since the first time I reported this issue, and there is still no fix for this, I cannot access the skin that I have earned. However, I don't have the red circle next to the weapon category since the start of Season 7, but I am not sure if it is better or worse since now the game does not even acknowledge that I have a new skin available to me (but hidden in the skin selection menu).

    I have contacted the EA Help team numerous times but I have always gotten the same response about them not having the tools to help me with my issue. Is there some way to contact the developers of the game directly so that one of them can maybe help me with this? I understand that fixing a somewhat unique bug (I haven't found any records of the same issue) is not their top priority, but I have tried all the possible ways of asking for help, without getting even as much as an acknowledgment of the issue from your side, and at this point, I am really disappointed in this whole situation.
