my Account got banned and i didnt played?

My Account got banned but i dont know why and when. I didnt played since may 2021. I loged in today(september 7th,) and i saw that a window said:"played last september 3rd.). I dont know how this is possible and nobody knows my passwort. I hope its possible to get my Account unbanned.
