my account has a wrong gmail

So i have had my xbox account since 2019, and since than i have no clue what gmail my ea accounts gmail is. Im saying this because on my main apex legends account im level 340+ so i can sign up for algs. However it says my account is under level 50 to a new account that ive never played on before. So i try to sign into my main account but it says “(xbox account) is logged into another gmail…” and that gmail is one i dont know. So i thought “mybe i should ask my parents, family, and friends to see if they have that account” and what i found out is no one has that gmail account. Also there is no way I can reset it to my knowledge. Like all im asking for is to be able to reset my ea account gmail thats hooked up so I can play pro-play in apex and edit my settings if you have any answers or advice please let me know!
