My account has been hacked and disabled and i don't know how to get it back

My account has been hacked for a while now and i want to play apex again BUT I CANT! I don't know what to do, PLEASE HELP! I can't get the account back because the email has been changed from mailto...

But the thing is the email has been changed so i cant change the password because i dont have the email to that account, AND that account is linked to my steam so i can't make a new account because i can't unlink it on my own
