@ZNM7777 Try to contact them through live chat or something, usually EA sends a email to your email (gmail, hotmail, etc) about the ban, therefore please check your email for the message, it should, if you didn't find, use this in search option to find it: "EA User Agreement Correspondence"

At first, WHEN I was banned, I thought my account was attacked by hackers. However, after my investigation, I found that there were many people in the same situation with me who were banned by mistake during normal play and did not use third-party cheating software. I think your team should look into it. This cost me my favorite and only Apex game account. I have complained to your online customer service for several times, but have not given me a satisfactory reply or result. My banned Apex account cost me a lot of time and money. I just purchased apex Passes and other DLC packs a few weeks ago.
