My account my compromise and now it have received a ban

azr1w​ For the hacked account issue, you had already taken the correct steps to recover your account, (which would be to contact EA Support).

As for the ban that was placed on your account, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team, as bans sadly cannot be handled on the forums.

If you had already contacted the EA TOS Team 3 different times about your ban, and are now being told to "not expect anything further", that does unfortunately mean that the ban will be upheld.
