My account was banned on April 1st and I have been unable to appeal since then

I can swear that I really haven't used any cheats. Since the season started on April 1st, I just bought a new skin and was admiring it at the shooting range when it was suddenly kicked out, showing that it was banned. After I appealed once on April 10th, I couldn't see my historical penalty records anymore. But my friend told me that there was a BUG on the EAHELP website and asked me to wait and see. And up to now, there is still no historical penalty record. Now I can't find a way to appeal and I can't get in touch with the customer service. I really love this game. I've been playing it for over four years. The account is still valuable. I definitely won't give up this account by cheating, bro. I really need help. Thank you.

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you should be able to create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.

    If you're seeing a locked status rather than a ban, it may mean there was suspicious activity and the account has been locked until we can verify the account owner is in control. Please go through as many of these steps as possible and contact support directly in that case.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!
