My Account Was Compromised and Banned – Ban Not Visible in Penalty History

Hello EA Support,

I’m contacting you because my EA account for Apex Legends has been banned, but this ban does not appear in my Penalty History. That's why I can't appeal. I tried filling out the form online, but even so, my request wasn't listed in "My Cases," and I didn't receive an email with a case number. I haven't received anything at all, and I checked my spam folder. I contacted the online employee again in the chat, he told me that there is a problem where some users are not seeing the block in "penalty history"

The last time I played was around October 17 2025, and then my account was compromised. I lost access both to my EA account and to my email.

When I recovered my EA account on November 9 2025, I saw that it was banned. In the online chat, the staff informed me that I have been banned since October 23rd 2025, but I cannot find the reason or date of the ban anywhere. It seems the email with the ban notification was sent to the stolen mailbox, which I cannot recover.

I currently have access only to my original email that the account was created with.

Please help me find out the reason or category of this ban, and if possible, carry out the procedure for lifting the ban. The ban occurred when I did not have access to my account.
