My account was reset to level 1

Alright. Thank you for all of your help with my issue. I'll try support and hope its resolved soon.

Thanks NapalmBruh​, no wrong answer there, just making sure we have all the relevant details to check into this further.

The one other suggestion we currently have would be to contact support and have them go through that unlink process on their end before having an advisor help reconnect it to see if the issue continues from that point.

Beyond that we can pass this along, but I wouldn't have any sort of ETA I'm afraid, thanks for the additional details.

You mentioned unlinking/relinking to test this. Was that done through Steam or from the EA account page?

The last time I played was around August 2022 so right about 3 and a half years ago, so I don't know if this is a recent issue. All I know is that it is affecting me now. I  tried it on the EA app but there is no difference from the Steam one, still all of my skins with no stats.

Thanks NapalmBruh​, do you remember roughly the last time you played prior to this? Are we talking more along the lines of a couple months, or a couple years?

I see you've mentioned Steam, but are you able to log in with the same account via EA app to see if there's any difference, by chance? It's good you still have access to the skins and content, but we can definitely pass along the other missing elements here. 

Thanks for responding so soon. I booted up Apex to play the new season after a long time of not playing and I see that I have all of my skins, but all of my stats and badges have been reset. The level 3 is from one match that I played before I realized that my game was back to level 1. I went to previous seasons and ranked seasons and it says that I never even played them. It applies to both Arenas and Battle Royale. At first I believed it was an account linking issue but after verifying it wasn't I went to the forums and the fact that I kept all of my skins and battle pass items shows its still the same account.

Is it just your stats that have reset, or are you missing content as well? Is this all stats, or just for a certain mode? 

Are you able to grab a screenshot of your lobby in-game and one of your stat page?
