My all game progress disappeared

I previously linked Origin to play APEX via Steam. Yesterday, I was able to play normally, but today I found that I need to log in with an EA account to play. After registering an EA account today and linking it to my Steam account to log in to APEX, I found that all my game progress had disappeared, and I was logged in as a new account. I am currently not logged into the game.
