My apex doesnt let me load into the lobby i get stuck with a spinning circle at the start menu

It looks like you're on a console, is that right?
Can you try going through the steps for your relevant platform from this guide to see if there's any change? This could be anything from a connectivity issue to the game itself needing to be reinstalled/repaired, but those steps should get you started.
