My Apex Legends account was banned for Gameplay Enhancement

Hello

 

I would like to inquire about the specific reason why my Apex Legends account was banned. I understand you may not disclose detailed reasons. I know many players from my region use unauthorized third-party programs, but I believe my account was not targeted unfairly.

 

My account was banned the day after April Fool’s Day. I sincerely hope you can handle my case carefully and responsibly.

 

Before the ban, I played no less than 5 matches in casual modes. After that, I started playing ranked games. I was suddenly kicked out of the match halfway through the game. I truly think this ban might be an incorrect judgment.

 

I hope I can get a chance to review my game records and verify whether I have committed any violations. Please help me recheck my account situation. Thank you.

    Hello EA_Salmon,

     

    Thank you for your reply. I know I need to submit an appeal via the web form on EA Help. However, when I try to submit it, clicking the submit button does nothing. I have already troubleshooted this issue thoroughly — my network, browser and device are all working properly, yet I still cannot send the appeal.

     

    I have tried numerous solutions, and my case is no longer eligible for a new appeal. Could you please forward my request to the review team for me? I would really appreciate your help.

    Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that.

    We’re not able to review or investigate account actions here on the forums, including gameplay enhancement bans. If you believe the action was applied incorrectly, the only route for that is still through the official appeal process.

    I understand that you want to know the reason your account was banned. Unfortunately, we’re not able to investigate or recover accounts directly here on the forums.

    If the option is still available to you, you’re welcome to submit another appeal and include the additional context you mentioned. I would strongly recommend continuing through EA Help and submitting the case again through this webform, with as much detail as possible.
