My buddy got false banned for no reason

So my friend was trying to log into his account and it tells him that his account is locked and he cant relog into the account and he has tried to reset the pass more then once and has gotten not a single email and didn't even get an email saying what he got banned for he tried everything and he has checked all of his emails and all of his spams and nothing we have searched it up and tried to fix it ourselves and nothing is working he thinks is was because he left a ranked game before it ended because his teammates where just being **bleep**, but they were about die and he knew they were gonna die so he left and just got off and when he tired to play today it just wont let him log into his account or even do anything with it if anyone got any solutions please help I dont wanna play wit no randoms 😭

    Hey GibbysMeatGloves​,

    If your friend is seeing a message that the account is locked, he's not seeing any emails about an account penalty, and he also can't even log into the account, that sounds like it may be a security lock rather than a ban.

    In either case the best way to determine whether that would be for your friend to get in touch with the support team directly so they can help verify his information and update any account details if needed. That's something your friend would need to do for his account directly, so I'd have him go through as many of these security steps as possible just to make sure everything is secure.

    After that he'll need to create a case here to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look at the account and help with any recovery or appeal that may be needed.
