my items dissapered

My items disappeared in Apex Legends. I played Apex Legends on PS4 before and I bought the Battle Pass in Season 4 with my own money. I also had Heilroom for Wraith. I logged in to PC with this account and the level was the same, most of the items were there too, but the things I wrote disappeared. The proof is that I have badges from playing in Seasons 1/2/3/4 , but I don't have any birthday badge. Please help and return my items. Thank you. help
